We understand the worry

The fears that keep you stuck — answered.

Most people put off divorce not because they’re unsure, but because the process itself feels frightening. Here’s the honest reassurance.

It’s going to cost a fortune and I won’t see it coming.

One flat fee, known up front. $1,000 for your first session — most couples finish there. No hourly meter, no surprise invoice.

I don’t want our private life aired in a courtroom.

Mediation is private. No public filings to fight over. The conversation stays between you and your spouse.

We don’t get along — there’s no way we’d agree.

You don’t have to be friends. A skilled mediator brings order to the hard conversations. Some of the tensest cases benefit most.

I’m scared of handing my family’s future to a stranger.

You keep control. In court a judge decides. In mediation, the two of you do — with guidance every step.

For most couples, that’s a fraction of a contested divorce — where two attorneys can run $10,000–$30,000 per person.

We came in barely able to be in the same room. We left with an agreement we both felt good about — and our kids never had to watch us fight in court.

Good questions

What people ask before booking.

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The initial call is a free, no-obligation conversation so you can ask questions and we can tell you honestly whether mediation is a good fit. The $1,000 flat fee only applies once you decide to move forward with a mediation session.
What if my spouse and I don’t agree on everything?
That’s exactly what mediation is for. You don’t need to walk in aligned — the mediator’s role is to help you work through the disagreements, one decision at a time. If you need more than one session, each additional session is a flat $800.
Do I still need my own lawyer?
The mediator is neutral and doesn’t represent either of you. We always recommend that each person have an independent attorney review the final agreement before signing.
How long does the whole process take?
Many straightforward divorces reach a signed agreement in a single two-hour session. More complex situations may take a second. Either way, mediation moves at your pace — not the court’s calendar.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Mediation is private, and what’s discussed stays between you and your spouse. Unlike litigation, there’s no public court record of the conversation.

You can start with a single conversation.

No paperwork, no commitment — just a calm, honest call about your situation and whether mediation is right for you.
